Do I need approval from a marketplace to use Bindonix?
You sell with your own seller account and your own API keys. Bindonix is independent software. We apply as a certified integrator where that programme exists; until then we do not show marketplace logos or claim official partnership.
Is the first month really free?
Yes. Sign up, we open the workspace, and day 1–30 are on us. After that the monthly plan you picked starts. Cancel before day 30 and you pay nothing.
Is there a per-order or GMV fee?
No. Plans are monthly. Adding orders does not raise the bill. Extra channels are included up to the plan limit.
Can I change more than price?
Yes. Rules can change title, descriptions, images, VAT, stock handling, pickup and return, categories — anything mapped from the shop.
Which shops can I connect today?
PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Shopify and Magento. You keep the shop you already run. Bindonix reads the catalog and writes orders back.
Which marketplaces can I connect?
We open each European marketplace as the integration is ready and certified. The product is built as a channel layer — one shop, many markets — not a one-off connector. Ask us for the pair you sell on.
Where does my data live?
On our own servers in the EU. Shop keys, channel keys, catalog jobs and orders stay with the merchant account that owns them. We do not sell that data.
What happens if I cancel?
During the free month you pay nothing. After that you can cancel at the end of the current month. We can delete the workspace and the contact lead if you ask.
